
On the left you can see an screenshot of a beta version of Torsten Manz's HP15c simulator. As you can see, it can now communicate directly with your HP15c Collector's Edition directly, reading and writing its whole content, using our POGO-USB cables.
When it is finally published, this will be a very interesting way of developing for the HP15c: you just work on the simulator, which is fantastic to develop and document your programs, since you can easily see the contents of the memory and can print a beautiful listing of the whole program. Then, once you are finished, you can just write it directly on your calculator, put in USB HID mode with the f-ENTER - ON key combination (from off state)
Of course, you can (you must!) save it as HP15C CE exchange files in your hard drive for backup too.
I have tested the Windows version on a virtual Win11 installation on Parallels on a Mac
