Service was very efficient and perfect ; shipping wasvery fast. As I suggested in my mail, it would be nice if the customer can receive the workcard describing the works perdormed on the item, including part number , etc , as this can increase the resale value of the item itself.

Repaired a 41-CL which was originally done by a now defunct company. Repair was excellent. The repair also took care of a scratched screen which I considered very minor, all for a very reasonable price. For the same shipping cost, I included another 41-CL done by the Calculator Store which needed a firmware update. The shipping cost from the United States via US Post Office was much more than the return shipping cost, but it was speedy. Overall, excellent value.

I sent my HP-41c to The Calculator Store to have it upgraded to a CL with the new electronics. It works perfectly and from the outside appears just as it did before. In addition the battery compartment which had been corroded by a leaky battery was fixed.
The Store communicated with me promptly and clearly. I have been more than satisfied by all aspects of my dealings with the Calculator Store.
