To be able to use the cable, I needed to apply some pressure to the plug at the 15c.
After doing that it worked perfectly.
Environment: MacBook M3, Parallels, Windows11 ARM, SAM-BA 2.18 Windows.

Works like described.
The instructions on this site here are very helpfull and detailed. Readout the Firmware and flash the modified one, works perfect.
