Now that we can reasonable expect to have the possibility of saving and restoring HP15c memory in the near future, and even interfacing it with external software, we could envisage to have software pacs for the HP15c - just like we did for the HP41c. We have 25 labels and that can account for many programs for a given subjext - even if some labels are used for the programs inner subroutines.

What would be the software pacs you could like to see first? What would be its composition? I can imagine some (I will be updating this post as ideas come to me):

  • Date difference
  • Black&Scholes
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Surveying
• Navigation

• Astronomy (with many astronomical objects)

• Matrix Algebra (including the superb work of Valentín Albillo)
• Physics
  • Important formulæ
  • Physical constants put in registers

Finally we received the cables (just 300 units of the 1000 ordered- the rest after Chinese new year), and we are shipping them to customers already. Hold on- yours is about to be sent if it hasn't yet.

On the other hand, we have created some pages with information on the use of the cable. We have just focused on the current use, but there will be more! So I would also consider obtaining a 3D printed back door - to avoid having to carry a screwdriver with you!

There will be some sort of compensation for the delay to all.

We have learned some things about the coming production and deliveries of HP15c Collector's Edition:

• Production is scheduled to take place around the 10th of July.
• Air freight deliveries will typically occur during week 3rd or 4th of July.
• So far only The Calculator Store has ordered Air freight (at a cost!) : 600 units, of which 490 are already sold. We will begin to ship by the end of July.
• The rest will be shipped by boat, and will arrive not before the end of August/beginning of September.
