Pricing

We do our utmost to keep our costs down, and pass on the savings to our customers.

The random comparisons we run across the web show that we are there with the best. However, we think we are able to offer something more than the mere “box-mover”, and will not fight for the cheapest position with the last discounter.

We buy either from HP or from its distributors, and we get the latest stuff. We try our best to have the latest information on new developments, upgrades and fixes for the equipment we sell. We are in contac with the HP calculator team and may know the short term schedule of new products. The fact that what we sell comes only from HP allows us to go deep instead of wide. We are available for queries and will reply within a working day to all of them.

Our visitors should as well be aware that our prices, if bought from within the European Union, bear VAT at 18%. If you compare with overseas suppliers, you will need to add this VAT in customs, plus any duties levied on this product according to your local law. (In many cases that would be a 5% and an administrative fee). Add as well the fact that you have the appropriate language version.

Shipping Policy

We ship from three different locations: Spain, Czech Republic and Germany. The place you are served from depends on the country you are located and the specific shipping agreements we have for that country. Do not try to find any logic in the costs vs. distance equation – we have abandoned to find it out ourselves long ago…:

We have decided to team up with the best: Hewlett Packard. HP has a hot line 24/7, but nevertheless we are committed to your full satisfaction. For malfunctions, please contact the HP support team – they will exchange your calculation for one new, free of charge. For any other issue (wrong model, classic calculator malfunctioning, doubts on how to use, etc.) we commit ourselves to give you a satisfactory solution in 72 hours, or your money back – no questions asked. We can do that because we know well this stuff – we are not a box-mover.
